Bought a Giant Roam for my son from Thornhill location. Had it serviced at Pickering location as part of the 5 years free tune ups after owning it for just over a year. Tune up was great and rides like new. Same price as everywhere else but with 5 years fee tune up how can you go wrong?

This is my first summer getting serious with my mountain biking and these guys really made me feel comfortable trusting them with my bike for servicing and repairs with their extensive knowledge and experience. I wish I got the name of the guy I left my bike with he really goes the extra mile to explain what the problem is and how it can be fixed. I'll update this review when I pick up my bike but so far so good *UPDATE* I got a call today about my bike and Patrick clearly explained what needed to be fixed and that it would be ready by the end of the day, which it was. When I went to pick up my bike I forgot my receipt but fortunately they were still able to find my paperwork and then my bike. All in all great learning experience, I highly underestimated the time it would take to get my bike repaired during the middle of riding season but you learn something new every day.
I just picked up my bike that I had taken to Bike Depot to have tuned up and repaired. It is an older bike that I have had hanging in my garage garage for a number of years. It was very dusty and in need of a wipe down as well as some repairs so I purchased a tune up which is supposed to include a wipe down of the frame but when I got the bike home it was as dusty as before and obviously hadn't been touched. The other work had been done properly and on time but I was disappointed that the services I had paid for had not been done as advertised. Jim
Pissed I drove almost an hour and they weren’t open when their hours said they were open until 8pm! I came to return a defective light I bought. This is poor business x2! After I return this light I’ll never be back.
