Tammy is amazing. In these times, she was friendly with us. She was also very patient with the Bep rep on the phone even when it seemed like she was getting the run around. She definitely made my and my mother's experience at the Pickering Town Centre Bell a pleasant event.
Tammy and Jonathan far exceed ANY customer service reps I have ever encountered in the past when upgrading a cell phone. Phenomenal services that can't be disputed. So ready and willing to help, efficiently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Offered a promo deal on a phone I wasn't even considering. I was dreading updating because it usually takes so long and the sales rep normally just try to upsell you to the newest model but iI felt like my needs were really taken into consideration. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)
