Their product range is vast and well priced and their service is absolutely top notch! Amos and Simpson are professional, efficient and they are good group of individuals that (you really get the feeling) care about their clients. Allison has especially been helpful and thoughtful in all my dealings with her (always doing what feels like the impossible whether it has to do with absurd timelines or requests). I have been dealing with this company for a few years now, but after this week, I realized I needed to say something. These folks take really good care of me. Lisa is particularly kind, thoughtful and efficient and understands what good customer service really means. Not only do my orders arrive accurate and on time, but I recently put in an order and when it didn't match what I previously ordered, she called me to verify. I was wrong and she saved me a huge hassle! This week, all of a sudden I was out of a product I desperately needed for an event and she somehow managed to get it to me by the next morning absolutely saving the day! Amos and Simpson is definitely a breath of fresh air!
