Tried Picazzo's for the first time and it was amazing! Having a gluten sensitivity can be hard at times especially when eating out. Knowing I can eat anything on the menu and I'm completely safe from getting sick is wonderful. The food was so good, our server was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The food is phenomenal here. You can eat healthy or indulge to your delight. I had the pizza and salad lunch special. Italian sausage pizza that tastes so fresh and satisfying. The perfect amount of crispy blended with soft dougy goodness. I'm not a fan of the default lack of a menu. I prefer a physical menu. I don't like having to use my phone when I'm trying to enjoy my company with friends or family. Otherwise, I highly recommend checking this place out!
This restaurant has a great variety of option. We've given it a fair shot after shot for the past 3 years, but unfortunately they simply can't reach consistency in their food quality delivery. There have been too many streaks where food is either undercooked or not cooked to our desire they agreed to deliver. I admit they tried their best to make it right at times by either providing a discount/Writing it off or offering to re-cook them. We don't want free food nor do we constantly have the luxury to wait every single time for them to fix it. It gets old. The manager mentioned to us that we've been singled out by the owner due recurrent complaints we have about their food qualities but actually did nothing to actually fix the underlying issues. I've attempted to speak to the owner on multiple occasions, but he never made it priority to return our calls even after leaving few messages to the number on provided and to the restaurant MGR. I'm sorry that as customers we're holding you guys to the standard we're accustomed to, which is consistent high quality food delivery. If you train your staff to do it right the first time, maybe be that might do the trick, especially during this pandemic. Waiters are super nice, but the manager lacks listening skills which significantly decreases their customer service rate.
The food was good and they are vegan friendly. I had the Chipotle Chicken Pasta and it was a little too spicy. I can handle a lot of spice but it simply overpowered the rest if the flavors. Their sangrias are to die for. We will be back but that is the one critique I have for them. Really friendly staff and decent prices.
Vegan menu has a large selection. Cocktails and beers are well priced. Friendly staff and delicious food. Large portions as well. Will be back.
