I've used them in the past and everything went great. This year I had pre-booked my materials with a nice discount but I got sick and I couldn't go skiing. I contacted them and they returned my money without any problems.

The experience was bad from the beginning with this shop. The owner of the shop is really rude and let people get in front of you not respecting te queue just because he knows them and after several people complained (this after you had already paid obviously so you got no choice to just leave and go find another shop). Also they tried to give me cheap skis when i paid for premium ones... things just got worse and on my second day with the skis one of them just fell and i couldn't use it again. Had to go down with the skis on my back to go in the shop and ask then to change them. Again the people in the shop were extremely rude and took me a long time to finally solve my problem. In the end I decided not to use their skis for the other days I stayed here. Found another shop just above this one, which is much cheaper and employees were super nice and attentive. I do not recommend this shop at all. They try to trick you in every way possible. Besides that they are extremely rude. 0 for customer service.
Good for bikes
Excellent service, did not have the exact model of skis I preferred (offpiste), but very good ski assortment. Efficent and easy return (5 minutes)
Helpful staff and very efficient. Always get my ski equipment and have never been disappointed.
Request a receipt for repairs to snowboard so I could give to insurance company. It's been 2 months no & I have not received it.
