To be able to make a review I had to give one star. Would preferred to give none. Order a set of imperial keys on the 13th January, paid with courier delivery. Within Warsaw so shouldn’t take more than a couple of days. After a couple of weeks nothing arrived. Called one if the numbers and a guy answered that it was a mistake. They hadn’t in stock but it will arrive so within a couple of days it will be delivered. Nothing arrived yet. Now 4th February trying to call Cooltools, nobody answers phones or replies to email. Completely incompetent client service. I can understand that things can happen. Stuff gors out of stock or whatever, but in this case: nothing. No contact, just ignoring that I paid for a product never supplied. No reaction from cooltools, whatsoever. Incompetent! Send me back my money and find another supplier.
