Recently went there, got curbside, menu options has decreased since my last visit, it would be nice if those items returned along with a mild meat sauce. Easy access if you're going inside.

On Sat, 12/26/2020, I ordered online from their website. I didn't know they'd be using DoorDash/GrubHub - these deliver companies will ruin your brand and clientele. First time trying Piada. As you can see from the photos there was snow. The outside temp was below 20 degrees. They sent my noodles in a large paper bowl - it was ice cold when it arrived. The wrap was in a thin piece of foil and it was ice cold also. The food was clean with fresh ingredients with no foul smell of an unhealthy cook in a filthy kitchen. I included specific but easy delivery instructions with my order, but the driver had difficulty because the instructions were not printed on the receipt. My huge disappointment goes to how my food was packaged and consideration or conscientiousness of the weather and how I would feel trying to eat cold food. I have really sensitive teeth. Piada - you owe me a much better experience.
They prefer you order online, which I also prefer. I ordered curbside pickup, to be ready at 1215pm. I arrived, informed them of my arrival. At 1225pm I went inside to inquire about my food. It had been sitting behind the counter for who knows how long. I took my order to my office, at which point I realized it was incomplete. After four tries, I finally got through to a real person. I told them I was missing an item, that I would go back to pick it up, and they should double the order since it was their mistake. She said okay. I arrived, and of course they didn't double it. Only order from this place if you're prepared to wait. DON'T order curbside. And check your bag, because they apparently don't care if all your food is included. And they won't compensate you for your time wasted. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
Always a nice meal from here with helpful staff. Been going here for over 5 years. Great choices, with fresh ingredients!
fast as can be, food is flavorful and fresh. much better than any burger joint or fast food place in Canton for your lunch break..give this place a try! staff was very polite and on it with the refills. also if u download the app u get 5 off automatically!!!!!
