These guys are always super helpful and provide an excellent service. I have ordered digital prints to pick up in store, but mostly I bring 35mm film in to develop. The staff are knowledgeable, and it's great knowing that however experimental I want to get with my photography I have more options available to me if I get stuff sent to the Falmouth store. I would definitely recommend!

Poor. Was told my film would be developed and sent to me the next day by mid day but nothing has been sent. No update either. Sent 2 emails asking for updates without any reply. Bad customer service. Would avoid and go to another place that can do this process within the hour for the same price.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Ambiguous, shady pricing, practically illegal with not being upfront in how much a simple dev & scan costs. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and voice my grievances but received no response. They obviously don’t care about their customers and want to get as much money from their customers as possible. I don’t care if you’re slightly more pricey but don’t tell me the full price after I’ve already paid and sent in my film! Very poor practice and won’t be using them again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Much better options out there.
