Friendly service. Sorted by phone and battery issue quickly. Very happy. This is what they ask you to post before ripping you off. Had two mobile phones from them both apparently worth 100 but both riddled with faults and when asked for my money back refused. Offered me 20 quid for the phone they sold me for 100.
