I had an iPad mini screen replaced here around a year ago and was shocked at the eventual bill. The salesman went into a long explanation as to what needed doing. This week the kid broke an iPad Pro screen so I’ve been ringing round getting quotes. Out of interest only I phoned this lot (not that I was planning on using them having been ripped off last time). The second most expensive quote I had was 180. The Phone Clinic quoted a whopping 270! And I got exactly the same explanation as to what needed doing as when I collected the iPad mini, it was almost scripted. The repairer I took it to said they were talking drivel and that all the parts come in the same package, it’s not 2 separate purchases or jobs. I’m just saying shop around, a couple of phone calls and other quotes could save you a lot of money.
