Bought a genesis pinball machine. It was not gone over or cleaned. Lane guilds were all broken all 4. All rubber were all not correct per gottlieb specs. I needed to re-rubber took many hours of cleaning. Battery dead to keep high score, pop bumpers coils filty and never serviced, and fuses were not checked wrong ones were installed. It cost me over 100.00 to correct problems. Buy the way Ron came over to replace the driver board and tried to use old and reused parts. Had to order new and Ron had to reimburse that is sad. Dirty boy clinic.
They sell machines and don t fix them. Don't waste your time with EM machines. Edit: Try not to get involved on machines customers tried to repair? How many 1970s EM Pinball machines haven’t had repair attempts. Some expert... I would suggest getting a repair person through facebook’s Pinball group. Found a guy with extremely reasonable cost that’s a cloud architect by day. Owns 22 pinball machines and was a breeze for him.
Ron is fantastic. Prompt response to email/text. Made a house call and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my ailing pinball machines problem. I won’t use anyone else ever! Thx Ron!!
I bought 2 pinball machines from Ronny,Totalling 2800.00 The next day they weren’t working at all, I called him back immediately Never returned my phone calls only until I stopped payment on my check is when he called me back and tried to make good on it, He finally came back and fix them, But for what it took for him to come back, I’d never recommend him to anyone, Extremely. Poor service and very unprofessional, he’s a sneak and a fly by night, don’t trust him!
