Provisionally this place meets the maximum service available but rules and restrictions keep residents from the ability to acquire gainful employment or childcare and do not offer the assistance needed to find such services and yet again restrictions applied to residents makes it difficult for them to acquire help outside the facilities management which can often times be inconsiderate or rude to visitors who are there to help the residents themselves..
It's not family oriented you have to leave the campus Monday thru Friday by 10 am maybe 9am and can't come back to the campus till 3pm. Never the less when you don't have a place to call home, It works for the time you need it or grater!
This program LITERALLY saved my family. Allowed me the resources (child care, shelter and even food) the units are roomy and clean. You have the privacy of a townhouse and the staff are awesoms. There are clothing rooms, PCH shuttles come by once a week for pediatric needs if needed. A decent early development center for toddlers and a cool playground. It had been a blessing when we needed it and i will always be greatful for all the help they offer. If your willing to put in the work they are willing to help you as much as possible. Good job Vista Colina.
