Worst customer service I've experienced with a mortgage officer, they never answer calls, don't respond to emails, and even when trying to address our issues with management they can't seem to pick up the phone or get back to us after reapetedly leaving voicemails!

Absolutely awesome. Female veterans are a very small group that gets overlooked for assistance, and at times we do not consider ourselves veterans, but I'm so grateful to find this organization that is geared towards helping female veterans understand that we are veterans as well that experience extenuating circumstances in their lives, and also need assistance that is not offered buy a lot of other veteran organizations.
