My husband and I were visiting from Tucson and wanted to try something new so I suggested Verdura. We got the nachos which were good. The cheese sauce was okay; I've had better, but overall was good. I would get it again. We got a chicken sandwich which was also very good. It was better than the one I had at a Portland restaurant which was also made with saitan. The burger was my favorite thing. I like that it was made from things like lentils and more whole foods. It was so flavorful and one of the best I've had! I would definitely get it again. I wasn't a fan of the \skinny fries\ which were actually just potato wedges. I'm just not a fan of potato wedges; especially when I was expecting more of a French fry type side. The place has a wonderful patio and the cashier was very helpful and friendly. I didn't like that they didn't have a restroom for customers. I'm not sure how I'm to eat sandwiches without washing my hands; especially at a time where so many are concerned with the virus. A few improvements could be made, but overall we enjoyed it.

We decided to try something different today!So we decided Try “ Verdura”This plate is “Space girls” OMG this food was delicacy, hair angel pasta with pesto dried tomato ricotta from cashews and bread G free.. highly recommend. CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE CHEF!
Food was okay, staff was dry and fairly unwelcoming. Limited seating on the patio with ZERO service for water or anything at all while out there. I honestly don't understand how restaurants like this with subpar service have made it through this pandemic while other restaurants with amazing staff and better food have had to close. Sad days.
Hands down best food you’ll eat! Vegan or not vegan, I have never been disappointed here. (The General Pow is my favorite!) I also love their creative drinks. Don’t hesitate - eat here!
The food was good but not priced according. Not really sure why they charge a 20% tip for take out. The tartar sauce is to die for :)
