Terrible time and been belittled to explain my hidden illness or lanyard which makes me exempt from disclosing my illness or lanyard, this can be found on the governments own website. I called up after getting home and checking I was correct. I phoned the store and asked for an apology which Craig refused to give me. Now disability discrimination solicitors are involved.
Shocking behaviour from the manager. Dicrimanaton towards people with hidden disability. Refusing to apologise toward the person I witnessed this awful behaviour towards this person. Wont shop there again this person was very emotionally distressed as I know the manager knows he has a hidden disability. It was quite upsetting.
My local shop for anything vape related. Staff are friendly and super helpful
