Promise after promise broken...I am an excellent, very low maintenance customer in all aspects with this branch. Three weeks ago I found out that my check deposits by phone had a 1,500 limit. I called the 800 number and they said the branch would call me within 3 days. After two weeks had not heard from the branch. I called the 800 number again and they said my limit had been increased to just over 5,000. They lied! It was not increased...just tried and still at 1,500. Called the branch and they said they couldn't increase it because if a check were returned the home office would basically charge the manager for the problem. Tired of the games! UPDATE: SINCE I GAVE THIS BRANCH A 1-STAR ON GOOGLE THEY CLOSED MY NEVER OVER CHECKED ACCOUNTS, MY TWO CREDIT CARDS AND MY TWO SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. WHEN I WENT UP THE LADDER WITH MY COMPLAINT I WAS TOLD THEY COULD DO ANYTHING THEY WANTED ACCORDING TO THEIR CUSTOMER CONTRACT. NOW I KEEP MY 250K IN A CPC ACCOUNT WITH CHASE AND BofA WHO HAVE ETHICAL BANKERS. US BANK ACTUALLY HAS A 1.2 OUT OF 5 STARS ON OTHER SITES. ME THINKS THEY USE FRIENDS TO PUMP UP THEIR STARS ON GOOGLE!
I went in to speak with them privately to let them know that I had just started the divorce process and wanted to make sure I doing the right thing by taking the steps to protect myself and my accounts. I expressed my concern of abuse, needed to let them know that I feared my husband and what he would do. I was told not to worry and to talk to him. Obviously, the words abuse and fear don't stick with other men. As I noticed changes with the joint, I moved all but one of my personal accounts out but went in two more times for help and clarity on the joint. Meanwhile, my husband was and has been enjoying a whole lot of favoritism, switching cards, accounts, moving money, overdrawing my personal(private) account and who knows what else. So, it doesn't pay to be honest here, to have morals or integrity. However, if you are a smooth talking liar, you'll do just fine. Thanks guys! Way to mess with someone who is disabled and trying to get out of an abusive relationship the honest way. You'll be hearing from the ADA.
Def opened on saturdays... and sundays... 10-7 Monday thru Friday 10-5 Saturday 10-3 Sunday No other bank that I know does that. Pretty cool. Super nice and do everything in their power to help.
