If you are looking to get skilled in Fork Lift trucks then Phoenix Training is the place to go. I had no experience prior to the course and must admit I was quite nervous. The highly experienced instructors put me at ease and guided me through the training programme. The course is extremely well structured and the atmosphere is informal yet professional. Five days after completing the course I gained employment as a Counterbalance operative and I am enjoying every moment of it!

I could not have been more pleased with my choice of training provider with Phoenix Training Responses to email enquiries and questions were prompt, informative and very helpful and friendly. Great value for money! I purchased the forklift and reach truck package at a bargain 599.00 which I have to say is the best money I spent in 2020. Safe and socially distanced training environment with plenty of safety directives re: COVID and sanitising facilities freely available. The trainers were highly knowledgeable, experienced and friendly, guiding us through the training at a comfortable and realistic pace I have a great deal to thank Phoenix Training for; my confidence is back with my forklift driving and I now have a new skill driving a reach truck; both of which are invaluable in my new job. In some very tough times, Emma, Graham and Paul continue to lead the way in exceptional training standards and I cannot say how highly I regard them and their work ethic.
