Currently they aren't taking walk in appointments due too covid. They referred me to the Maricopa public health place on 16th Street and Roosevelt. They were very polite on the phone but looks like this place is shut down unless you are referred there I think.

Free STD/HIV testing and everyone was so kind, understanding, and most importantly helpful. I received all the information I needed to move forward with a healthy life. I'm super grateful for Southwest Center. My rapid HIV test took all of 15 minutes.
I definitely recommend this place for routine testing! I paid 25 the first time and the last time was free. Their websites are informative. The front desk girls are usually nice and their new updated system allows you to fill out everything electronically. The 2 times I have gone, have always been smooth. The girls who have helped me made the entire process a good one. They are closed the last friday of the month, I believe (check their website) otherwise it’s a good place and facility is clean! ️
Their staff is super friendly. I was under Fuller's care at the time and the whole staff was extremely helpful. If you are looking for HRT whether you are F2M OR M2F, talk to them and explain if you have budget limitations, you MAY qualify for help. Each visit there is a copay, or maybe your insurance may be able to cover it. Keep up the good work guys!
I feel I am at the best clinic in Arizona. Very well managed and the entire staff is great.
