Horrible customer service. Lady treated everyone there (myself and 2 other gentlemen, one elderly) like criminals. Also, is there an some documentation on testing procedures and what is scientifically accurate and accepted? Just curious where it says sticking your entire nose in a sample and smelling urine to demand another test? Wondering how it hold up legally. Also, its gross, that was 100% urine you stuck your nose in and inhaled miss.

I had the pleasure of going to SonicTest Labs of Phoenix today for a pre employment drug screening and had the pleasure of being greeted and assisted by Jennifer. Jennifer was professional, polite, informative and prompt. I have been to other places who offer similar services and SonicTest Lab by far has been the best! Keep up the great work! Also, it was so clean, there were signs that gave follow up instructions on what Jennifer had already said, and smelled great! Thanks again:)

The staff is professional, courteous, and great to work with. We never have to worry about mistakes with this Lab, and that makes them the best choice.
Needed a receipt or donor chain of custody due to a last minute request from the employer sent to me on the last business day before my start date and the eve of a 3 day weekend. I believe I spoke to Veronica, who was very pleasant. She sent one over within minutes. This was a totally excellent experience!
