Even before all the COVID-19 stuff was going on, one thing I really liked about this office is they had you in and out really fast! Very short wait time! You thought their waiting room was empty because they didn't get much business but that wasn't the case! By the time I was finished with my paperwork, they had already seen 6 other patients before me! None of which were in the waiting room when I got there! All came after me, had an appointment must have been there before or already done their paperwork which I had failed to do before my appointment, so they were in an out! Never took a seat! The people went to the desk gave their names and they called the tech up for them, the tech came right up and got the next person! It was almost like clockwork! I only seen one other person sit down with that didn't have to do paperwork. There were a few that had to do paperwork as I was going back but only one that I could see that didn't! Now maybe this was a really good day for them and I have another appointment today so hopefully it's the same but I've only read good things about this facility which is why I chose them!

What an incredible experience! Great staff, friendly, and knowledgable who talk you through the process. Inspirational quotes on the walls, lockers named after incredible women from history (Rosa Parks!), and fun post-it notes quotes on the dressing room mirror. Felt like a great place to be!!!

Had an appointment and when I walked in I was told I needed to reschedule. I was not scheduled for the right type of exam. I didn't schedule it, they did. They called me to schedule with an order from my doctor. I did not. I took the day off for this appointment. I will go somewhere else.

Went on a slow Saturday. Only 3 women waiting. Took an hour and a half to be seen. Then, 3 weeks later, no results were emailed, snail mailed or called in to me. I called & verified correct email & address. Everything was right. They said they’d re mail. I received nothing. So I drove there to get my results. Very inconvenient. I gave 2 stars because the mammography tech was so nice & friendly. But I won’t ever be coming back. My time is too valuable & they have no explanation except for a “glitch in the system”.

I had an ultrasound done here and was very pleased with front office staff, providers and the facility. It was all very clean and super pretty! The small details in making the environment welcoming to women was what I appreciated. I was very comfortable here and the staff and doctor were knowledgeable and so friendly. The entire experience soothed my anxiety about the concerns I had. Definitely recommend this place.
