Shelby, Office Manager, and Tatiana, Medical Records, delivered excellent customer service. This will forever be my go to place for Imaging. I had an order for 2 MRIs which confused their system. Shelby took charge of the situation made sure that everything was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. She was able to help me and turned what could of been a negative experience into a positive experience. Tatiana took the time to generate my discs immediately saving me a drive back. They truly care about the quality of service delivery to their patients. Many thanks, you Ladies rock.

They are scam artists who work for the State Of Arizona..So they say there is nothing wrong with my wrist but looks extremely fractured to me. And the say nothing is wrong with my neck ???

This place was absolutely exceptional. My mom had a hip transplant and waited at Simon med for over an hour before someone finally asked when they could expect their x-rays. The facility had failed to inform the waiting room full of people who had registered to have x-rays that their machine was broken and they had no idea when it would be working again. In terrible pain after sitting far too long we left and I called SMIL. Donna at SMIL was great. She apologized for our experience at Simon med and agreed they could get my mom in within 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly, the facility was clean much better than our prior experience at Simon Med. And she has her xrays!! Highly recommended!!

To David Hutchinson, who said he had an extremely bad experience at Southwest Medical Imaging . Boy I'm glad that even though your not a Dr. your still qualified to diagnose your own fractured wrist. Since you mentioned you thought SMIL works for state of AZ, which is false, im guessing this is a potential workmans comp issue and you're mad you that probably wont get much time off from work. Too Bad
