I'm honestly not impressed. I understand the difficulty of taking medical malpractice cases but the responsiveness and information was very poor. I left a very detailed message. When Linda (nurse consultant) returned my call, she asked why I was calling. I asked if she had an opportunity to listen to my voicemail and she said she doesn't have the time to get through voicemails she gets too many. I then very succinctly explained the situation. She was dismissive. In the interim of calling this firm (while waiting for a call back) I had contacted Friedl Richardson and spoke to an AMAZING attorney Raechel Kane who gave me an hour of her time explaining every step of the process and why these types of cases prove so incredibly difficult. That is unheard of in the legal profession (and I've worked as a paralegal for almost 20 years). Contrarily, this firm spends next to no time, allows you to feel like a number, doesn't really give information, hints they won't be able to help you but says they'll let you know, really doesn't gather facts. I guess this is kind of run of the mill what you would expect.. my expectations were just SO FAR EXCEEDED by Friedl Richardson and the great call with Attorney Raechel Kane that this was a stark reminder of what you can typically expect in the legal field.
