I not only purchased flooring for a redecorated room; I also had them clean existing carpet and tile. The gentleman who came was clean, polite and asked appropriate questions (we had a number of \scatter\ rugs to be cleaned as well) about use and dirt. I am totally happy with the results. The new room is wonderful and the older carpet, rugs and tile are rejuvenated. I will definitely come back to buy flooring when we re-do our next few rooms. The personnel are kind, good listeners and make enough suggestions to give more than enough options from which to choose.

They certainly are experts on all types flooring and have many samples at their store to browse. The installation team was very professional and courteous and moved furniture out and in to rooms making install an easy experience for us.
