I typically love this place but for the second time I am not pleased. The first time they used old rice and I had to throw it out. Today some young kid with long hair comes out of the back took my order then dismissed me. He orders me to go pay . I personally like to watch , then when wrapping it all my crunchy onions were falling all over the counter. He could care less .Not good at all . I will not have a 3rd bad experience .

Set up sort of similar to the sub shops or fresh burrito chains, where you go through the line and select the content for the seaweed wrap. The seafood is fresh and there are quite a few flavourful combinations. The staff 0repares your meal quickly. They're happy to and any questions and the service is friendly. The first customizable Sushi Burrito in the Phoenix valley!

This is probably my fave fast food place in Phoenix. The people have been nice every time and I don’t think I’ve ever had fish that seemed unfresh and I can definitely tell! They’re generous with their portions too, AND I NEVER FEEL AWKWARD ASKING FOR EXTRA OF A TOPPING. Which is so appreciated at places like these. Nothing kills your experience faster than being made to feel uncomfortable when you’re building your plate/bowl. Don’t ever change Pokitrition! Oh also, the points/rewards system is dope—I feel like they add up quickly and the last time I went I was surprised with a 10 off perk. They also text me coupons fairly regularly.
We visited Pokitrition for the first time today and the food was fantastic. It was the first time I have had a sushi burrito!! It was new and interesting. The fish was good as well, it tasted lean and less fatty. We will visit again soon. The only constructive criticism I would give is to allow substitutions on kids menu items. We ended up getting a small bowl for our little guy but it would have been nice to pick what was is his meal and have the smaller portion size. Thanks for the good food
