We were charged a large amount without being informed of anything due, despite signing on our paperwork that I was to be informed BEFORE the card on file was ran. We were given no receipt and found out after checking our bank statement later that the money was taken out. I was under the impression that the screenings were free, but apparently not. They also refuse to fix their mistakes and only offered \office training\ as an apology. The therapists may be fantastic, but billing and office staff has been terrible. I highly suggest getting every bit of communication in writing, because they don't stick to their word. Then again, I signed their paperwork saying not to charge without informing us, and they did it anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter if you do have all communication in writing or not.

This place is staffed by a bunch of teenagers fresh out of college that don't care about anyone but themselves. When I confronted \management\ about an issue I had about employees talking about a personal concern I had about an ex employee they told me they couldn't do anything - basically I had no proof. I told Jessica Garcia all my concerns so don't talk to her about anything. DON'T BRING YOUR KIDS HERE, the staff is rude and unprofessional!!! Also they have no polices about unethical behaviors so their therapists get away with anything. Magically information just leaks out of this place but they take no responsibility! Oh and they don't know how to keep records so make sure you keep all your receipts. They came back countless times trying to get me to pay for a day I either cancelled or already paid for.
