The reserve is ok apart from the risk from cyclists. Because of the paved paths it is used by cyclists, some of whom seem incapable of warning when approaching from behind and moving quite quickly downhill. What's wrong with a shout if they haven't a bell or horn? Almost collided has he went past. And it was an adult too.
In the forest you can relax and breath fresh air.
