I had an appointment that I drove 1 hr and 10 minutes to see him and waiting months for this appointment. I got there 4 minutes late from the 15 minutes window due to traffic and he did not wanted to see my daughter. Sad to see that the time is a lot more important to them than grace and taking care the health of a child. This was a 5 year old that he refused to see. He didn't rejected me, he rejected my 5 year old special need daughter. The only option he gave us...was to wait in stand by all day to see if a cancellation happen Thanks God now I get to find a doctor outside this children hospital for her needs. It is very sad for me to see my little been refused service for 4 minutes after the window time.
