An amazing gym that has everything to offer at very reasonable rates, great trainers and a warm friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy, has shower facilities, weights area, boxing ring abs lots more. Best gym in Bournemouth by far !
Very friendly gym, trouble makers and aggressive people are asked to leave which makes a nice environment for everyone who just want to train and learn. I highly recommend Phoenix MMA
