The Service Department at Land Rover of North Scottsdale is amazing. Carlos B is the best advisor. He quickly understood the issue/service request and kept me updated throughout the process. He deserves a pat on the back (and a raise). He truly knows how to deliver the highest customer service. My car was returned as promised and clean! I’ll definitely go there again.

The place to go if you have a Land Rover. I always feel welcome there even though my Land Rover is 14 years old. It’s mint, but it’s old. And I usually show up in shorts and a t shirt. That doesn’t factor in with their sales associates though. They greet me the same as the guy wearing a Rolex who’s with arm candy wearing a giant rock. Lol. Seriously though. No pressure sales. No crazy “you need this service or your whole world will collapse”. None of that. Just whatever I came for and a review of the checks they did with my service writer. Also. The Penske auto racing museum is there along with a little grill. I don’t mind hanging out there at all.
