I have always went to the gym but sometimes found myself struggling to push myself that extra mile. Since joining Phoenix I feel like a new person, I’m so much more motivated and feel like I’ve had a proper workout after every class! The coaches are amazing and have no problem assisting you with any needs.
I’ve never been one to stick out or enjoy exercising but since joining Phoenix I’ve genuinely found myself enjoying exercise and I feel motivated to keep going with my journey! Coaches are brilliant and you always get a good laugh at the classes!
