We are so glad we found Go Rogue! From the very first email communication Kaye and Carrie made sure we were on the right path for our dog. They helped us pick the perfect class for our slightly anxious, anti-social cattle dog mix. The class was well paced and well structured. Bandit absolutely loved the classes and learned a bunch, but we humans definitely learned more. Their focus on positive reinforcement with dogs and owners is more powerful than other training we have tried. We loved it so much we are continuing our training with a more advanced class at Go Rogue! Thanks Kaye and Carrie!!!! -Haley and Jess

This was the most responsible commitment we could have ever made once getting our Siberian Husky. She was 9 wks old when we enrolled for 2 rounds of 6 week classes. And we were ready to take control at this point, but plan to enroll her in adult classes come spring. For a Siberian Husky she comes when called even at a dog park with a distance of 2 acres! She is well socialized and has good manners. This is a commitment worth every penny, time, and effort! Most errors was our own and once we learned how to effectively communicate it was endless what she could do. Mira walks like a adult dog with years on her despite what is going on around her. Mira’s first time at the dog park was wonderful. She was playing tug-of-war with two adult dogs!

I have experience with all the dog trainers in this area. These are the only trainers in the Rogue Valley that are dedicated to and actually know how to use positive reinforcement. Positive reinforcement increases the rate of learning and encourages dogs to work harder for their reward. MOST IMPORTANTLY PR doesn’t support and eliminates the need for the use of force or cruel, insensitive, harsh aversive training tools like prong collars/ecollars. Kaye and Carries training methodology fosters a deep bond between you and your dog that is built upon mutual trust and respect, rather than fostering a desire to avoid fear, pain or punishment which other trainers use and misleadingly call it positive reinforcement—it’s just not. No negative reinforcement or positive punishment allowed in these classes! Your devoted best friend deserves nothing less than to receive the very best training experience from the very best in the valley!

I've had the opportunity to be in as well as observe classes at Go Rogue Dog Training. Carrie & Kaye are well educated, well rounded, & extremely in tune with the behaviors of animals in general. They take the time to not only teach the everyday sit / down / stay which you can find at any training facility, but Kaye & Carrie also help pet owners understand their individual companion. They'll show you how to communicate with your pet, how to approach issues you may be having from different perspectives to achieve your goals, & when to be your pet's advocate. Since training with Go Rogue I've yet to bring them something that wasn't in their wheel house. Kaye even helped me with a fearful goat. Maybe too well; now he lovingly comes when called, follows me like a dog, & loves to be brushed. Lol I'd recommend Go Rogue Dog Training hands down!

My daughter got a new pup and I signed her up for the Puppy 1 course at Go Rogue Dog Training. Besides learning some basic obedience, they worked on manners and socialization. People often remark how very well-behaved the puppy is now. My daughter left with a lot of tools, tips and tricks that she uses daily to work with her dog. Kaye and Carrie also helped me in the past with some behavior issues I was having with my own rescue dog, a very neurotic Pomeranian. I highly recommend Go Rogue Dog Training. Whether you have a new pup or have adopted an older dog, a good training course with Carrie and Kaye will set you on your path to happy pet parenting. And, if you have a dog with behavior issues, like separation anxiety or barking, I'd really recommend their one-on-one sessions. They know their stuff!

Kaye and Carrie are the best of trainers. What ever your problem is with your new or old dog they can help. Loving, kind training that will last. They will help you to be the best paw child parent. I so respect these two.

Kaye & Carrie can train anything that's breathing (air, water, whatever)! They even helped me train a hamster! Dogs, cats, rodents, vultures, horses, kinkajous, the occasional human - they'll take on any species and figure out what is driving their behavior. They are compassionate and thoughtful in their training and get real results.

I’ve not had the pleasure of taking my own dogs there but i do know the owners are the most qualified, compassionate, professional and ethical trainers you will find. I’ve personally known Kaye for 20 years and she is an exceptional trainer with loads of experience and a deep desire to continue learning because she cares deeply about the relationship you have with your dogs
