Octavio Adam.... Odd how when I called there the first time, i was told that it's a ONE PERSON operation. So far I've made 5 payments towards a fine I owed and each time I was told I'd get a receipt by email. So far they're 0 out of 5 in getting me those. So far, i was told 1 fine had been paid in full. Not so! The next time I called, a mysterious 25 fee had been added disallowing the closing of the \easiest\ case. If at all possible run, don't walk away, RUN!

Been employed her for for just shy of a year now and I really enjoy working here amazing people, not just other employees but management as well. Just over all fun people in and out side of work!
Sent me a notice of a bill I already paid to my gas company. They can go f off. Not paying for something I already paid. Hope their building gets destroyed by an earthquake or tornado.
Horrible experience with collections debts, they charges you account twice, customer services don’t know what they doing, you call them to update your payment method and they charge you to the old and new account and overdraw it, they’re robbers and nobody stop them!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!
These vultures called me looking for my mother not two months after my father's death. My mother had already taken control of and/or settled all of my father's debts and accounts by that time, and nothing was in collections or even past due. So they have no business hounding a recently widowed retiree. The fact that they called someone (me) who isn't in charge of my late father's estate and told me about a supposed debt is a breach of privacy. This is not a company to be trusted.
This is a scam. They phoned me and tried to get me to pay 1100 for a hospital bill because it would go to collections if I didn't pay it immediately. The worst part is my husband had been in the hospital and we'd paid a bill around that amount in the weeks before this call. DON''T PAY THEM! Hang up and call the office that they SAY they are collecting for and ask them. We owed nothing and they'd never heard of this company.
