Absolutely fantastic! Felt like I was back home in New York. One of the best subs I've had in Arizona. Not complicated or fancy, just quality from inside and out. When you see our hard working Police Department eating lunch there...you KNOW it's good!

Frank's is a go-to whenever I'm in the neighborhood . The sandwiches are still as good as 20 years ago when I went as a kid. The folks inside are also so kind and I've never had any issues. Good, clean place to grab a sub and some dessert. Don't think, do it!

Frank's Deli is the absolute BEST!!! Their sandwiches are SOOO VERY fresh and delicious! They are by far the best hoagies I have ever had in my life!! And I'm not normally a salad person, but their potato salad is, again, the freakin best I've EVER had!!! It's family owned and operated and they are the nicest people on the planet. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. It's refreshing to see that there's still people like them in the world. So if you're ever in the neighborhood of Camelback & 23rd Ave. I strongly urge you to stop in treat yourself to the best sandwich you'll ever have!!!

A real family-owned deli! The look and feel of the old school deli and family owned business; not the corporate mold! The rolls were soft and chewy, meat piled high. Good stuff and reasonably priced.

Amazing subs. Seriously, you wouldn't guess looking at the place, but the food is huge and wonderful. The Tony Italian Sub is the best in town. And they make killer homemade cannoli. Take a chance, you'll be happy you did
