Attended the Winter Wonderland on the A249 Detling Showground. The queues to get in were terrible on the 1st night and the wonderland was not very impressive, although a lot of thought had clearly gone into it. Once through though the show was very good and the fireworks excellent! Sadly the lack of food stalls meant long queues and the entry queue led to a lack of supplies, so they ran out of chips! If they sorted out the queues and the wonderland this could easily be a five star rating.

I have been using the excellent Phoenix Fireworks company for many years. They are professionals and arrange firework displays as well as sell fireworks, so they really know their subject inside out. I usually have fireworks for a large garden display and Phoenix are able to advise and put together a display, even suggesting the firing order. I will never go anywhere else for my fireworks!
Have taken my money and after 7 days won't even respond to emails. Totally disorganised. The event got cancelled, so obviously you'd bulk refund the event. Nope, holding onto the money over Christmas. Definitely think before parting with your cash when dealing with phoenix
Shambles of an event by Phoenix Fireworks at Detling Showground. Worst 'organised' event I have ever attended. 4 hours queuing with 3 children in the car and still didnt make it in, 3 upset children and 50 out of pocket to sit in traffic. Hugely oversold and poorly managed. Awaiting a full refund but no response yet.
Horrendously organised event! We live 40 minutes from Kent showground! Due to poor organisation and overselling of tickets it took us 5 hrs! We missed everything got in just in time for fireworks! Car almost broke down! Kids had to wee in bushes (I nearly had too!!!!!) fireworks ok but nothing special! So so disappointed only thing we had booked for Christmas! Certainly not worth the money!!!!! When we spoke to staff they had only just turned up! How was that when event opened 4 hrs previously! Social distancing of cars was non existent! Cars parked so close together!
