I signed up with Eschelon in the last year, and I have not had any issues thus far, which is much different than my previous experiences with other companies. I have been approached by several companies since then saying they could save me money. I called into the customer service number and was offered a price comparison. As it turns I probably wouldn't have saved much if anything by switching away, and with no concerns I have stayed. Overall I would recommend to other business owners that you at least check them out when you think about making a change.

We set up with Eschelon for merchant services and are thoroughly impressed. I would recommend them to other small business owners. We received a good price and good service. When we call customer support we can always get someone on the phone to assist. Best of all, we are saving money from our old processing company.

The worst company that we have ever used. Period. No customer service to speak of. They lie like there is no tomorrow. If they call you to switch credit card processor, run for your life.

Stay away from any business in this complex there all scammers this business and any other business depending what they are calling themselves these days. Don't work for them and don't do business with them.

Run Away! These sales people say \there is no contract you can cancel anytime\, in fact it just cost me 500 to get out of it. Your best bet is with a bank.
