We called several companies and even had one do a patch job to fix things and that did not work. Critter control was very detailed and got everything right. I can finally sleep at night now that there is no noises in my attic. Austin the Tech I guess he is was knowledgeable and got everything done quickly.

I had a large, male rat living under behind my dishwasher, sink, and in my walls for weeks. I called another big name pest control company (their vehicles are yellow mice); they put black boxes around my house and did nothing but check the boxes once a week. In the meantime, the smell coming from my kitchen was nauseating. They informed me that I might want to move out of my house for a few months, because that's how long it could take to catch the rat. I was in a living nightmare and a friend suggested I call Jacqueline from Critter Control. Jacqueline came over at 6 pm that evening and within a day and a half she caught the rat. She is absolutely amazing! She brought an arsenal of tools (cameras, etc.) and looked behind all appliances, in walls, under sinks and found all the holes he was using to live and travel throughout my house. Look at the pictures of the rat she caught! Can you imagine living with this for weeks? Don't waste your time with any other company. Call Jacqueline at Critter Control and don't go through weeks of torment.

Am 1500 into rodent control in my front yard and it's worse than ever. Small area (4' x 15') where kangaroo rats (a little larger than mice) are living underground is more active than when Critter Control started service 11 months ago, Very nice people, but horrible results and the digging is everywhere. In the spirit of fair play, they should have refunded this exorbitant amount as things only got worse. Instead, no refund; just terrible results.
Very professional and came out the same day to inspect and perform the work. We were buying a house and it was infested with rats and they took care of our problem.
