Wow. They do such great work that I had to write a good review. They completely went out of their way to address our needs and we are very happy with our seamless rain gutter system and our brand new 10x14 foot patio cover!!! It's beautiful and functions well. We've been screwed by contractors before and we've never been treated so well. Joel and Ilona and Matt and the installers Alex and Jesus were all extremely professional. They won our confidence and did exactly what they said they would do - the estimators and the installers called when they were on their way, arrived right when they said they would, and were done with the gutters and downspouts in half a day and the patio cover in one day (plus a few days digging the holes etc). A few of their competitors had come in at higher prices - except for an unlicensed guy, and we weren't about to go with him. We were looking to hire someone who could show they were licensed, bonded and insured. We've had enough bad experiences in the past that we've had to learn to be wary. We needn't have worried. I was referred to City Seamless Rain Gutter and Patio Covers from one their competitors, believe or not ... no better complement in my opinion. Our sales person was Cody, this guy was super cool, polite , professional and informative ! I met Joel also, he was very nice and approachable, he runs a great company that follow through with what's agreed upon !!! (Hard to find these days). Our installers was Jesus and his partner , They did a great job , were very polite and easy to deal with , there were a couple variables that arose and he without pause he handled them with a smile on his face , above and beyond if you will. These guys are awesome , professional and a pleasure to deal with from top to bottom. Look no further, just call these guys and let them work there magic !! Our family can't thank City Seamless Patio Covers enough for completely changing the dynamics of our home and backyard for the better. We've contracted with them before on other properties of ours and every time we are pleased! The construction of our new patio has completely exceeded our expectations, and the quality of the Alumawood is simply amazing. The fact that we got to get our seamless rain gutters done at the same time as our patio cover made it very easy - one less contractor to have to schedule. We’re so happy with both products. Jesus and Alex installed our patio cover and they were both very professional and personable, often working later than needed to ensure that the patio cover was completed on time. Jesus and Alex went the extra mile. Our backyard was left spotless after the construction was completed too! The guys at City Seamless Patio Covers Rain Gutters are amazing. The patio cover with seamless rain gutters that they built for us was what appeared to be something very simple to us but as it turns out there were several challenges because of the proximity of the pool and where we wanted the cover and where the water was draining from the downspouts. Obviously we were disappointed to hear that we may not be able to have the patio cover we wanted we started to consider alternatives. Thankfully the guys called and said they had a solution. They came back out and showed us how it would work and BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!! We had the lattice cover we wanted! If you are considering have a patio cover and gutters installed, look NO FURTHER! These are the guys!
After calling a few different seamless rain gutter companies during the summer monsoon, City Seamless was the first one to return my call, and I'm glad they did. They specialize in both patio covers and seamless rain gutters and we were happy to get them done as a package deal. It saved us money and hassle - the whole thing was indeed seamless. The estimators Cody and Joel who came out were quick, creative, and very helpful. They sent the estimate via email as promised. They weren't the most expensive nor the cheapest, however, we felt the value was very good considering they were able to provide everything that we wanted as far as functionality and design. The seamless rain gutters were installed in half a day. The installer even added a little extra to the end of one of my downspouts to push the water away from a low spot near my lower level to the proper drainage location. I watched the whole process of making the gutters on-site, and I'm 110% confident that I won't have any trouble with leaks or sagging! Our patio cover was 15 x 52 ft and we wanted both solid and lattice covers as part of the design. What we had in mind wasn't exactly going to work, but in the end it actually looked better. Cody was upfront and answered our myriad questions about the aesthetics and the function. We are over the moon! So pleased with the results. Also I have to mention that the installers (oh man we can't remember their names) were excellent. They were respectful, thoughtful, and showed professionalism every step of the way. They worked slowly but were constantly busy. We didn't mind them taking a little extra time because it turned out perfect. I'd recommend these guys to anyone needing gutters or patio covers, thank you City Seamless Rain Gutter and Patio Covers!
