The phoenix is amazing. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty. I've been under the mental health services for over 20 years and this is the best ever service I've received The staff are so understanding and empathise with every circumstance. The building and surrounding are calm and relaxing. I've been using the service for nearly 11 years and I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend the service
