DO NOT GO HERE! RUN AWAY NOW! Before they take 50,000 from you for a nursing degree you can’t get licensure and certifications with. It has the worst communication and organization. Took the dean 2 months and 15 ignored messages to finally address my issues. Very few professors that know what they’re talking about and care to actually teach. I cannot stress enough to not go here. I wish someone would’ve told me that before I was this far in debt with nothing to show for it. It will lead you to nothing but tears.

Sad, just graduated and had some questions regarding continuing education at this facility to include testing. Not one reply. So, how is a student who successfully completes a course suppose to get the proper guidance? Prior to graduating the career services staff was very attentive and available when needed and as a courtesy I would always respond. As a student, there were so many issues with instructors. The first three weeks of my actual program there was one instructor who degraded students and said things that were very unprofessional, then when that instructor was dismissed of their duties we had another instructor and when that instructor resigned, then we got another instructor and then another. It was so hard to retain information and stay focused. Just sucked! Despite the learning and professional concerns, I was actually interested in taking another course at this facility, but not anymore. Thanks! :(

My first semester at Brookline has been filled with stress and tears. Not because my instructors are not amazing or because the courses are too hard, but all due to their poor communication in their financial aid department. I have been told one lie after another. I was originally told 30-45 days after the start of my classes for my financial aid to hit and get my disbursement check. I was then informed, after emailing multiple people over multiple weeks, that the money would not hit until July 1st (60 days after the start of school). It has now been 2 months and I am 5 weeks away from the end of my first semester and I have not received anything. Money FSA has officially hit, but they have forgot to take off my tuition discount and other mistakes have been made. I am now receiving a quarter of the money in hopefully 1-2 weeks, but the rest will be received god knows when. With COVID causing loss of jobs and pay cuts this money is more important than ever. I wish Brookline and their staff understood that these are not just numbers on a screen, but rather someone's rent, electric and food on their table. This is not a review on this professors, clinical instructors or clinical staff, but just a review on their poor communication in their financial aid department.

Do not enroll into the PCT PROGRAM you will get played. You will work strictly as a CNA and get denied to do what PCTs are learned to do in school but the instructors, the admissions reps and the employer don’t tell you that until after you pay all that money and get the job.

I am an older person looking for work. Went to get my Medical Biller certificate even though I have done billing in the past new law requires it. I felt I was being taught to be a Medical Assistant. No software programs were taught. I wasted my time. No one cares to hire older people. And I created a large debt that has to be paid. School loan.
