I had originally given one star due to a payment/advertisement misunderstanding and have decided it was the wrong thing to do in the first place. The team at this facility are fantastic. I actually very much enjoy donating and am greatful for all of you. Thank you for all that you do and I am sorry that I did that.

I came here today to donate plasma for the first time and everything went relatively smooth! I had to wait for a bit to start with, but once the process got going, it was a pretty steady stream of processing me through the system. Everyone was very friendly and polite. They explained things pretty clearly and I didn’t feel lost or confused. Wear warm clothes!! It’s so chilly in there haha

I drove 30 minutes. They registered me then told me they couldn't take me for a donation because of my address. ?? I told them to delete me out their system immediately. Wasted of time. Felt the discrimination. I'm a professional work for a main hospital and wanted to donate shame on this company. I will never donate now!

I have been coming here for over a year and couldn't believe my eyes when I seen an employee not wash his hands after using the restroom. How am I suppose to trust them sticking me with a needle when their hands aren't washed? I bring it up to a supervisor and their response is pretty much there is nothing they can do about it. Donate at your own risk!

I am truly blown away by how kind and helpful the staff are here. I was skeptical about donating - I hate needles, I’m squeamish about blood, and I’ve heard horror stories of dirty, scammy donation centers. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been genuinely kind, explained every step of what they were doing and why they were asking particular questions, and made sure that I was comfortable. The facility is incredibly clean, and they pay via pre-loaded debit card as soon as you complete your donation. I’m thrilled to have an option that helps me make ends meet while also helping others live healthier lives.
