Barbs Bakery

I have gotten cakes and cupcakes from Barb’s many times and they are always exceptional! The flavors are great and the cakes are very moist. The employees are also always happy to help and brighten my day. Thank you!

I’ve been eating barbs sugar cookies since I was in preschool. Wish we lived out there still so I could get my fix of their amazing food! They have the best desserts in town!!

If you're anywhere in the downtown Phoenix-area, you owe it to yourself to stop by Barb's and get a bite to eat. Absolutely THE best boston cream, danish, BEAR CLAWS (if you're early enough, or pre-order) that I have _ever_ had; and this from a man that had the hots for a baker once upon as time! I'll be going back to try muffins, sandwiches, and pillaging the bear claws over and over. So get your butt over there before I do because I'll likely take your favorites!

I'm sure the cakescand cupcakes are very good. I haven't tried them yet. They do have the best maple bar around.

I MUST CONFESS.... MY SWEET TOOTH IS SMALL, AND MOST OF THE TIME IS SOUND ASLEEP. WHEN IT DOES WAKE, ITS EASY TO PLEASE.....ALL I HAVE TO DO IS DRIVE OVER TO BARB'S BAKERY. THEIR CARROT CAKE & GINGERBREAD CUPCAKES ARE HATEFULLY GOOD, BUT THEIR SIGNATURE FLAVOR, PINK CHAMPAGNE, IS OFF THE CHART! THEY ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST A DOZEN FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM. DAVE, AND ALL HIS STAFF ARE SO NICE AND WELCOMING TO ALL WHO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR! GLAD MY SWEET TOOTH WAKES UP OCCASIONALLY, BECAUSE A TRIP TO BARB'S ALWAYS MAKES THE DAY A LITTLE BRIGHTER!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
