I was a first time customer having recently moved from Alaska. The advisor was personable and informative. I booked early so got in and out fast for basic oil change, tire rotation and four-point inspection. I was provided a lot of information and a discount on a technicality I didn't know about. They didn't have to do that but did which I appreciate. They also provided a list of all my recall issues (most involving software updates) and told me to schedule for a day and they'll know those out. It was a very positive experience and reasonably priced. I will see them again. Oh, they have really great coffee too!

My experience at AutoNation was awesome!! When I walked inside Jared met me with a cold water, asked how I was doing and if he could be of any help. After visiting 11 other dealerships in the greater Phoenix area and being hassled this was a welcomed change. I relayed what I was looking for, Jared checked the inventory and off we went. No paperwork or intrusive budget questions just right outside to check out some vehicles. After finding a truck I really liked I explained that due to my family's religious beliefs I was unable to conduct a deal on Saturday. I told them I would gladly leave a deposit and return Sunday to complete the transaction. At other dealers this was a huge problem and I was made to feel like a problem. That was NOT the case at AutoNation! They happily respected my family's beliefs and gladly held the vehicle! I also expressed my need to make a cash purchase; something other dealers had responded to with \We're not accepting cash deals right now.\ Once again NOT at AutoNation! They happily obliged. I returned a day later with my fiancé who was also treated wonderfully. We both highly recommend AutoNation CJRF of North Phoenix to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! Thanks again Jared!!

I recently purchased a jeep cherokee and worked with a fantastic salesman, Roman. We had spoke prior to my coming down to the dealership and once I got there, he had some vehicles already lined up to stay within my budget. The whole experience went very smoothly with no pressure or hassle. He set me up with Jonathan in financing and again, everything went very smoothly with no issues. There was good communication while my vehicle was there and everyone was really friendly. I do not like that the diagnostic didn't go toward the work as it does at most other dealerships. So, if you need a diagnosis, it's shop around. It was very upsetting when they contacted me about what I had brought it in for and told me there were items that were eeded immediately\ when they were not. One of the services recommended is still 20k miles away from being due. Had someone with less than my limited car knowledge may have been convinced to do unnecessary work much earlier than needed. They also left my car FILTHY! I had recently had my vehicle detailed and when I picked it up there was oil grime caked on my steering wheel, shifter, and turn signal switch. They also moved my steering wheel, which was more annoying than anything. I do not recommend this shop for those reasons. I don't like shops that try to gouge and take advantage of the uninformed. Please know at least the basics about your car before trusting any shop. Know at least when what maintenance is due.
