It's fine. I was paid the wrong amount (too much) so I returned to the window to get the proper amount. No \thank you\ but they did give me the lesser, correct amount. Overall I would recommend.

It’s tight to pull onto the scale& back but they have a guy there to help drivers. Only not giving 5 stars because they left my trlr a mess after unload
