Raul not honor his price and kept changing his price. Raul could not calculate proper tax. He is a scammer. Don't pay anything to this guy upfront. Only pay him when job is complete and you are happy with the workmanship and quality of product.

After being told repeatedly that it would take 3 to 5 weeks to have my cultured marble counter top installed, I was amazed when Raul told me 3 days. Raul knew I was nervous about the outcome of my master bath so he personally came out and measured the top for me. The installers he sent were polite, friendly and very quick. I am very happy with my new counter top. Trish Ware
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE !!!! Made a wrong design and defective product. Horrible organizing: no show, no call, and late. Reading other reviews, now I suspected they didn’t make a wrong design, they just don’t have the products. They might have used salvaged products and try to resell them to customers. That is why there were so many “wrong designs”, he probably just finds a similar-sized product for customer and say it is better and convinced customer to take it. They are super unprofessional, sloppy job. This business is not BBB accredited. Also, the company name has been changed to Cultured Marble Products and moved to another location, but, same owner and same bad service.
took my deposit and installed cultured marble shower walls with raw edges, I requested they polish the edges as they were supposed to and they got a very aggressive attitude, tore my shower down and demanded another 500 deposit! Nervous they would not complete the job if I did not give the 2nd deposit, I wrote a check. They cashed the check and NEVER came back and will not return my phone calls!!!!!!!! I have NO Shower and my money is GONE!!!!!!!
The owner took my deposit and over the course of a month made the wrong countertop - twice. He convinced to go with the beveled edge and then made two countertops, one with a bullnose and one straight 90 degree. Then because he lost money on his mistakes...said he wasn't going to give a 100% refund . Now he says - \take me to court\. I trusted my cabinet maker's recommendation on this guy and I got burned 1500. (So now I can't trust my cabinet guy either). He estimated a one week turnaround. After all of these mistakes I am looking for a new fabricator and installer - one month later and 1.5K lighter (until after court). If you want poor service, failure to meet deadlines, the wrong design, the wrong color and then lose your money. Go ahead.
