Update: Immoral company blocked me on Facebook. All they had to do was take responsibility. Will add it to the media interviews we have lined up. Denying our claim is not worth the publicity coming your way. Today, we are moving forward with the backing of Chrysler to share our experience with American Valet with the nation. I am working with radio, print, television, and social media outlets on what American Valet did to our family. Misty was warned on July 3rd that denying our claim when Alex the manager at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque assumed all liability by writing a note to the driver not to use our power locks. The driver did not listen, my husband who is a diabetic amputee was stranded for 5 hours and required medical attention, and we have been without our vehicle for a week. There is no mechanical failure on our vehicle- the driver triggered the anti theft system then kept messing with it before allowing my husband on scene. By doing what they did, they caused the vehicle to think it is being stolen and it is now needing to go to the dealership to be reprogrammed. So, American valet refuses to help at all citing mechanical failure. The public will not like seeing this story which is why local and national news companies are working on the story.

On February 21st I attended a charity event at Wrigley Mansion. It was a rainy night and I allowed the valet to park my car. When I picked the car up later it was dark and raining. The next day I noticed damage to my car. Misti at American Valet said too bad ..... I had not reported the damage the night I picked up the car. The repair cost me 1500! In the future I will avoid any restaurant or venue that uses this company.
Solid company with great values. They give a lot of charity back to the community. Phoenix and family grown. Great place to work with great people.
I received a ticket while paying for the parking. The the system was confusing so it took us a few minutes to figure it out. When we got to our car they managed to get a boot and a 100 ticket in those 4 minutes. I tried to call and make a claim but they are not answering during normal business hours. Very frustrated sad a company would do this and not respond to the phone calls! Looks like I can’t even afford dinner tonight thanks American Valet Co :/
Due to managers protecting each other they term employees never called in sick never late never asked for day off and pres. And CEO wasnt made aware of the termination of myself
