I came in to find a pair of boots, as I have literally worn the old ones out, and had an incredible experience with John as he made every measure to insure that I was fit with the right boot. His insight, thoughtfulness and attention to every detail to me as the customer was obvious. Thank you for a great pair of boots that fit so good that the break-in is a pleasure to wear. And I can't wait to wear the Marmot shell when I make my trip soon to Colorado. Thanks a ton AHS!
