Dr. Tan has been the pediatrician for both of my children since birth. I cannot imagine a more caring, compassionate pediatrician to have for both of my children. My daughter 14 & my son 12, you can imagine we hsve seen Dr. Tan & his staff quite a few times in those many years. Thank you Dr. Tan for all that you do!

Maybe I've been lucky but everytime we have appointments for my son (now 2 ) and my newborn, we wait maybe 30 min max. Once we are taken to a room, vitals are taken. We wait maybe another 15 to 20 minutes for Dr. Tan or Dr. Rosenthal. We have seen the new doctor under Dr. Tan's guidance as well and she has been good as well. She always tells me what shes doing, gives me little facts here and there, and then gets Dr. Tan to review as well. The only complaint would be when in was nursing my son (back in 2016) I was told to supplement which I didn't (son has ALWAYS been over 90th percentile so it had nothing to do with growth) .And honestly that was such a simple thing that one should not get too caught up with. I did simply because it was my first time nursing and I tried so hard to finally succeed. Fast forward to 2019 with my newborn, also breastfed, the experience has been good! Supportive and informative. Oh and one last note, it may help if you get there 15 min early at most... not 30 minutes or an hour early otherwise you will wait even more.
