Back to here this morning for the cool day. The pho soup is always good I appreciate the manager for replying my previous review.
I love this place but my recent experience rubbed me the wrong way. I always order Beef and shrimp pho. And it always comes with 4 shrimp. This time they changed the menu so i had to order my shrimp on the side. The guy let me know that’s why my price increased because of the change and that i would get more shrimp. I come here pretty often. Once getting home i realized that the guy lied and i actually got less shrimp but paid more money. Customer quality is very important. I don’t care about the money bc no i did not return to get a price difference or more shrimp but the ethics of it. If i ask about my order and i am explained a reason why, then once going through my order i see that the information given was not true. How am I suppose to feel about this?
My husband and I keep coming to this place. We just love their food. My favorite is the steamed rice with pork chop and sunny side up egg. I don't know what marinade they use for their pork. Service was quick and price is reasonable. Each table has a hand sanitizer. It's not crowded which is a big bonus for diners.
I came here today at lunchtime. The restaurant was crowded and busy. I ordered the pork rib, shredded pork and fried egg rice plate with fish sauce. A while later the girl came and said that the other staff brougth my rice plate to another table and that's why she wondered why my order took so long and hasn't been made yet. she apologized to me and asked if I mind eating the order of the other table. It was the pork rib, shredded pork, shrimp fried cake rice plate. It's also not much different from my order so no problem. And as I was leaving, I almost forgot my umbrella, but fortunately the girl ran out and gave it to me. I found that the service was good and the staff was very polite and good. The rice plate was good as well. I think I will have a better experience when the restaurant is not crowded.
