Extremely busy and packed on first level but upper level was completely empty. We sat upstairs. Excellent service and sweet waitresses. I ordered breakfast and coffee that was perfect. Homefries are very seasoned and well done. Glad we stopped by.

Not awful, but expected better. Used to go here fairly regularly for breakfast, but haven't been since they remodeled and added the rooftop seating next door. Went for lunch and it was empty, so the servers seemed bored. While friendly, they did leave us waiting longer than normal, talking to each other instead of checking back on us in a timely manner. The food was just okay. The nachos came out in a large platter, but something seemed to taste a little \off\ about them. My friend's fish and chips was pretty dark, so either down too long, or the oil was too hot. May have been a one-time thing? The portion was good. I had the Turkey Club. It wasn't bad. A little bland, but typical diner plate, overall. When we asked for water, the server told us they only had bottled, which seemed odd, but later, when my friend asked for a Dr. Pepper, she reminded us that there was a boil water order in the area. Which was fine, but my friend ended up being charged 2.69 for a can of Coke. That's fine for unlimited fountain refills, but for one warm can of Coke, it's a little much. Like I said, it wasn't awful, but we probably won't return. We'd remembered it as being a better place back when it was just plain old Phil's, the breakfast place.

Used to love this place, went for breakfast this morning...terrible terrible terrible. Food was mediocre at best, service was horrible. I didn’t get any syrup for my French toast and my coffee cup sat empty for almost 20 mins, and we were 1 out of 2 tables in the whole place.

Good food, good service good menu. I will go back again. Remember, it is a diner not a fine restaurant.

I liked their mimosa selection and breakfast was good. The menu is mostly bar food in my opinion.
