Since the new owners have taken over a few weeks ago, it's a totally different place. It is like it used to be years ago. The quality of the food is a massive improvement. Plus the staff are actually happy to see you and will have a laugh and joke with you. A pleasure to visit and will definitely do so again soon!
Over cooked food, small meals when paying for large, staff have no idea what there doing, would not recommend. Better quality food at the anchor chip shop on Andover road bestwood. They have never disappointed me.
Best chip shop meal iv had for years. Don't usually have pie from a chip shop but by far the best iv ever had. Chips were spot on too! Will be going to Phil's in future
